What affects the price

Wildlife removal costs aren't one-size-fits-all because every situation involves different variables. When we assess your property, we look at the type of animal causing the trouble, how many entry points they have created, and the total square footage that needs securing. If an animal has caused damage to insulation or wiring, or if we need to set up multi-day trapping cycles, those factors will naturally shift the total. We provide exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

The Cozumel raccoon is a critically endangered species found only on a specific island in Mexico. Because of their protected status, they require unique conservation efforts rather than residential control. If you are dealing with raccoons at your home in the United States, you are likely dealing with the common North American variety. These animals are smart, destructive, and carry disease. We provide specialized trapping and exclusion to keep these common raccoons away from your property and out of your attic.

Summer heat drives animals to find cool, dark places, often leading them into sheds, crawlspaces, or under decks. This is also when young animals begin exploring and can accidentally get trapped inside your home. We provide thorough inspections to locate these unwanted guests and help you reclaim your outdoor spaces and garage from wildlife intruders.
